Database of methods for group learning and brainstorming

While I was at the Art Monastery, we got an EU grant to meet and work with organizations in other European countries whose missions focused on inspiring transformation. For the two years of that grant, those orgs met in each other’s countries and shared their methods – and challenges – for “hosting transformation.” At the end (once I was gone), they put together a festival combining all that they’d learned.

Apparently, some of those orgs are still working together, and they’ve just created a free database of some of those methods. It’s a really cool idea, a well-designed interface, and it’s super interesting for me to see some of the things I experienced – and even helped create – at the Art Monastery made explicit, legitimate, and public.

Check it out.
